Acceptance
Using ClaimDesk constitutes binding acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Users are responsible for uploading truthful and authentic insurance and vehicle documents.
Dealership Integration
Operated in partnership with Hari Om Sri TVS Sitamarhi for authorized service claims.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or logging into the ClaimDesk web portal (accessible via root URL and customer/admin routes), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts & Security
To track a two-wheeler claim or access the customer portal, users log in using registered email addresses or credentials generated during walk-in onboarding at Hari Om Sri TVS:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to immediately notify dealership staff or administrators if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accounts found uploading fraudulent or forged insurance documents will be immediately suspended.
3. Claim Information & Accuracy
ClaimDesk acts as an tracking and communications portal connecting two-wheeler vehicle owners with dealership service advisors and insurance surveyors.
- Final claim approval decisions rest with the respective third-party insurance providers, not ClaimDesk.
- Repair estimates and timelines shown on the dashboard are indicative of current progress and subject to parts availability and surveyor inspections.
4. Service Availability & Limitations
While we strive to ensure 99.9% platform availability, ClaimDesk does not guarantee uninterrupted operational access during scheduled server maintenance, cloud upgrades, or unexpected telecommunication network disruptions.
5. Intellectual Property & Rights
All trademarks, software architecture, UI design components, workflow algorithms, and branding assets associated with ClaimDesk remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hari Om Sri TVS and Sankey Shandilya. Unauthorized duplication or reverse engineering is prohibited.
6. Applicable Law & Contact
